Sick of dying while running through GoD to reach Tipt and Vxed trials I made a rogue to CR Biffar. Little did I know that Eboola would grow up to be what she has become. Some time ago I let an old friend who used to be in Small Chaotic Gods of War with me on Veeshan share the account. Together he has helped me build her up.

Jan 6th

Was up early, checked my trader and say that I had managed to sell a couple of spells so made 20k the last 2 days. Ran Biffar to PoK and handed in a few old specs, ethereals and runes to clear my bank. Dumped them all on my trader having set a few prices, I think I was selling some of the stuff too cheap.

Anguish tonight (thank god, really need a break from Dreadspire). First on the list was Keldovan the Harrier who went down no trouble. Managed to get a new range item for Eboola so very happy. Ture was next and we just zerged him as he is so easy now. Jelvan, Warden Hanvar and Arch Magus Vangl next which were all flawless. I even got the shoulders from Vangl which I have been after for ages though was forced to pay 25dkp for them. Overlord Mata Muram went completely pearshaped when someone missed an emote. Actually they didnt have a mask which is inexcusable as only essential classes such as clerics and enchanters are excused the chore. As a shaman he should have had one but didnt and as a result we wiped at 32%.

Only got 1 chance on OMM as CoH was all setup and ready for us in Dreadspire. Ran over and we had our first attempt at The Performer which is kinda different. More of a puzzle than a fight we have a number of undead bards singing songs who ask us to join in, bit like Careoke. Only problem is its all done on targetted emotes so need to be awake. Considering how many of the guild go AFK this is going to be tough for most of the guild to do so I expect a lot of grief.

Jan 5th - Devlin and Roley Die (First Kill on Roley)

Thank goodness I left Biffar in Dreadspire lastnight as I was able to make raidstart :) Groups formed up and raid was made by 6.10pm GMT and off we headed into Dreadspire Demi Plane Of Blood with our sights fixed on Devlin

The clear up to him was pretty quick and the first attempt was good except for the ridiculous warping that saw him vanishing. Once again we had a good turnout of clerics with 10 mains on line plus 1 bot. This meant that I found myself outside the chain for the first time and was able to concentrate on keeping the main assist alive. Main problem was that my EQWatcher triggers weren't loaded properly as this is the first time I have done this encounter on the PC I was using, This became quite apperent when I failed a couple of emotes ! Fixed my triggers just in time for us to eventually wipe when Devlin was turned and fluxed half the guild out the window. Second attempt went a hell of a lot better and Devlin died. If it wasn't for warping then this would be a pretty easy encounter. The bottle emotes cause the most damage if they are missed as they go off like grenades and throw one of those into the middle of the clerics and its mayhem. Our new tactic of having 2 clerics in chain with only having all 6 chaining when he wields the daggers seemed to work quite well and mana wasnt the problem it has been. Also meant we have more clerics available to res in the dead.

Having beaten Devlin next we decided to go after Roley. This is only the 2nd time I have been involved on an attempt with him and everything hinges around our ability to get weapons that will harm him. This takes ages to accomplish but we ultimately managed to arm enough people so that we could start to make a dent on him. Our first win !! Felt great to get yet another mob dead and move one step closer to the Master of Mistmoore. Loots were very decent and the plate BP that dropped went for max dkp. I dont intend to bid on one though as I rather have the effect on the Anguish BP.

Eboola ran over to Bazaar and dumped a bunch of spells on my trader. Must log her on later today and transfer the rest of the gear on her Tom wants me to sell. Also must logon Mustrum and Turo and transfer their PP as they no longer need it. Maybe I can talk to Eazy as well as he hasn't logged in in months and see about transferring his PP. All in all its about 300k.

Great night of raiding with first kill bonus for Roley and late night bonus, ka ching!
